Order, shipping and delivery

Do you have a Found a Modevia item that you really must have? Great!

Now select a color and/or size and click on 'add to cart' .
Of course you can continue shopping, you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right.
Please note: if items are in your shopping cart, this does not mean they are reserved.

Are you done shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click on the 'shopping bag icon' at the top right to go to your Modevia items. In the next screen you can still adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the button 'Continue to checkout' . Now you will end up on the check-out page. Here you can easily fill in all your details on one page.

Please note: Once you have completed your order, you can no longer change it, as your order will be processed immediately so that you can receive it as soon as possible.

  1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Modevia will pay the shipping costs. So you don't pay any shipping costs.*


* You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself.

  1. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link of which you will receive via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

  1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Modevia strives for a fast delivery of the products. We ship many of our articles directly via our suppliers. This means that the average delivery time is 3-10 working days.

  1. I AM NOT AT HOME DURING DELIVERY, WHAT NOW?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a DHL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver, which will also state the pick-up location. After these 7 days, DHL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

  1. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Should it be the case that your Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address - but you have not received your order - please report this, 14 days after the indicated delivery date an investigation will be started by DHL, we will keep you informed about this until the end of the investigation.

Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this, we always deliver a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Is it defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase price.

Lost package / returned package?
In the event that a package is lost or undelivered due to any logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

Delivery when not at home or at the post office

If a package is delivered to the door or dropped off at a post office, Fashionvia the costs incurred to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not collected from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to retain €15 from the amount you receive back.
