Why can't the beauty & health products be returned?
A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and refunded (the list is not exhaustive): underwear, bikini, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow the return of beauty and health products for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone in this. Other suppliers of beauty and health products do not allow returns for the same reasons.

If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are defective, please email support@m odevia .nl to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the cost of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.

If you want to cancel an order, this can be done 24 hours minutes after purchase. After 24 hours, this is no longer possible and the order will be included in our processing.

All customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. The cost can vary depending on your location between €15 and €28. We recommend that you send your return with a Track & Trace as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

Important Information About Parcel Delivery and Returns Policy

At Modevia we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of your orders. However, in cases where a package is not accepted by the recipient or is not picked up at the post office in time, and is therefore automatically returned to us as the supplier, we would like to inform you about our policy in these situations.

In such cases, we reserve the right to retain a fee, which is 50% of the purchase price. This measure is necessary to cover the costs and efforts associated with both the initial delivery and the return of the package.

In addition, we would like to emphasize that in these situations there will be no free sending of a new package. This policy has been established to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery processes and to avoid unnecessary costs.

We therefore ask our customers to ensure that they are available to receive their package at the agreed time, or to collect the package from the post office in good time. This helps us to guarantee a smooth delivery and ensures that you as a customer receive your order without unnecessary delays.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
will be back in your bank account within 5-10 working days.
