Order, Shipping and Delivery

 

Found a Modevia item you absolutely must have? Great!

Now select a color and/or size and click on 'add to cart'.
Of course you can continue shopping, you can always return to your shopping cart by clicking the 'shopping bag icon' in the top right corner.
Note: items in your shopping cart are not reserved.

Finished shopping? Then it's time to complete your order. Click the 'shopping bag icon' in the top right corner to go to your Modevia items. On the next screen you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click the 'Proceed to checkout' button. Now you'll land on the checkout page. Here you can easily enter all your details on one page.

Note: After completing your order you can no longer make changes, because your order will be processed immediately so you can receive it as soon as possible.

 

  1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

 

Modevia covers the shipping costs. So you pay no shipping costs.*

  1. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page, the link for which you'll receive by email once your order has been shipped.

It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status becomes available.

  1. WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

 

Modevia aims for fast delivery of products. We ship many of our items directly from our suppliers. This results in an average delivery time of 3-10 working days.

  1. WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will wait for you for 7 days at a DHL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You'll receive a notification from the driver with the pickup location. After these 7 days, DHL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

  1. WRONG ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping, so there's always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you think you've provided a wrong shipping address.

  1. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace shows your package was delivered to your address - but you haven't received your order - please report this. After 14 days from the indicated delivery date, DHL will start an investigation, and we'll keep you informed until the investigation is complete.

Defective product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, products can sometimes get damaged during transport. For this, we always provide a free replacement the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. If it arrives defective a second time? Then we'll refund your full purchase amount.

Lost package / returned package?
If a package is lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always ship a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.

Delivery when not home or at post office

If a package is delivered to your door or left at a post office, Modevia has incurred the costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically return to the supplier and we are entitled to deduct €15 from your refund amount.
