Why cannot beauty & health products be returned?
A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned and refunded (the list is not complete): underwear, bikini, make-up, hair styling products, beauty products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow the return of beauty and health products for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone in this. Other providers of beauty and health products do not allow returns for the same reasons.

If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email support@modevia.nl to discuss this further.

If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original and resalable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, where the costs of return shipping are not included. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition. 

If you want to cancel an order, this can be done 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, this is no longer possible and the order will be included in our processing.

All customers are responsible for the costs of their return shipping. The costs can vary depending on your location between €15 and €28. We recommend that you send your return with Track & Trace, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

      • After approval, ensure your return shipment is properly packaged and meets all the conditions below.
      • Clearly mark 'Returns' on the outer packaging of your package.
      • Use an insured tracking service to ensure your package arrives safely with us.
      • Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to support@modevia.nl

Important Information About Package Delivery and Return Policy

At Modevia, we strive to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of your orders. However, in cases where a package is not accepted by the recipient or not picked up from the post office in a timely manner, and therefore automatically returned to us as the supplier, we would like to inform you about our policy in these situations.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct a handling fee, which is 50% of the purchase price. This measure is necessary to cover the costs and efforts associated with both the initial delivery and return shipping of the package.

Additionally, we would like to emphasize that in these situations, there will be no complimentary reshipment of a new package. This policy is implemented to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery processes and to avoid unnecessary costs.

We therefore kindly request our customers to ensure they are available to receive their package at the agreed-upon time or to pick it up from the post office in a timely manner. This helps us guarantee smooth delivery and ensures you receive your order without unnecessary delays.

Step 2:  Send your order
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on the return form. Ensure the package includes a Track & Trace code.

Once we receive the package, we ensure the purchase amount is returned to your bank account within 5-10 working days.
